About Maxi

Hey, My name is Maxi and real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by it; my parents were always building, buying, or talking about properties, and weekends were often spent at show houses or wandering through neighbourhoods chatting about design and build quality. I didn’t realise it then, but those experiences stuck with me. What I love most about being in real estate now is that it allows me to make a real difference in people’s lives. Buying or selling a home is such a personal thing — it’s never just about bricks and walls, it’s about people, change, emotions, and the next chapter of someone’s story. I take a lot of pride in being the person who helps make that process feel calm, honest, and human. Before real estate, I studied Fine Art in the USA and later became a teacher — that’s where I first saw how much impact you can have on others when you genuinely care and listen. I promised myself that if I ever changed professions, it would be for something where I could still make that kind of positive difference. Real estate gave me that, and more — it’s meaningful, it’s dynamic, and it’s a lot of fun. I work independently through eXp Realty, which gives me the freedom to focus on my clients while having the backing of a really supportive global team. Most of my work is along the Garden Route — a place I love and call home — helping people buy, sell, and rent properties with care and attention to what matters most to them. At the end of the day, it’s not just about closing deals for me. It’s about building relationships, growing the community I live in, and helping people feel good about one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. I feel lucky to be able to make a living this way and it brings me a lot of joy.
